Retained by London, insurance underwriting firm, Icen Risk, to create a logo and design its branding, which has now been trademark protected and will be used internationally.
This client designing experience has allowed me to develop my client interaction, project specification and Adobe Illustrator skills, whilst becoming increasingly aware of how a brand’s identity can be created between artist and client. Through my questionnaire, interview approach and sharing of sketches I designed the logo depicting stylised arrow heads. The colour scheme was chosen from the colours evident in a series of artefacts uncovered from the iron age. My concept and design has subsequently been incorporated into the company’s marketing materials by professional illustrator Sam Chivers.
